A few things you might be wondering about working together.
Can we start with consulting only?
Yes. We can assess a technical problem, review your system architecture, or put together a roadmap. You can decide separately whether you want our help with development.
Can you improve software we already have?
Yes. We start by reviewing the code, infrastructure, and business requirements. Then we recommend a practical path: targeted improvements, integrations, or a phased modernization.
What happens on the first call?
The discovery call is a 30-minute introduction. We discuss your goals, current challenges, and timeline, then suggest a next step. The call is not a Discovery Sprint. A sprint is a separate, paid engagement with an agreed scope and deliverables.
How do you estimate cost and timeline?
We consider scope, complexity, existing systems, and dependencies. When key questions are unresolved, we recommend discovery first. The proposal sets out deliverables, assumptions, pricing, and milestones before work begins.
What will we receive at the end?
Deliverables depend on the engagement: consulting can produce an assessment and roadmap; development can include application code, documentation, and a handoff. Access, ownership, and third-party licenses are defined in the agreement.
How will we stay involved?
At kickoff, we agree on how often to meet and where to share updates. You review the work, give feedback, and help set priorities throughout the project.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. We can scope ongoing maintenance, bug fixes, monitoring, and product improvements as a separate engagement. Coverage, response expectations, and priorities are agreed up front.
How do you work with U.S. businesses?
We work remotely in English and schedule meetings around your team’s time zone. Before starting, we agree on availability, who you will work with, and key delivery dates.
Let’s talk about your project.
Tell us what you want to build or improve. We’ll talk through your needs and possible next steps.
